The TMEZ-SC Series is the world's first innovative embroidery machine, revolutionizing the industry by eliminating the need for manual thread tension adjustment. The i-TM system addresses several common issues faced in embroidery processes. Firstly, it eliminates the need for frequent tension adjustments after thread replacement, streamlining the production workflow. Gone are the days when a consistent embroidery finish depended solely on operator skill and experience – the i-TM system ensures quality across various thread types and fabrics, including cotton, metallic, polyester, and rayon threads.
A 12.1-inch TFT Touch Monitor takes center stage, allowing real-time monitoring of the embroidery process on a large screen. The user-friendly operation panel enhances operability, providing an intuitive platform for configuring embroidery finish settings. This not only improves production efficiency but also allows for quick mass production startups, as the i-TM system applies the appropriate thread tension adjustment regardless of the thread type.
In addition to the groundbreaking i-TM system, the TMEZ-SC Series introduces the "Picker Free" trimming system, enhancing stability in trimming and further boosting production efficiency. The removal of the picker facilitates easier bobbin replacement, contributing to a smoother workflow.
The machine's specifications include a Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP), enabling random height adjustment based on material thickness. This feature ensures stability when working with challenging materials such as leather, thick fabric, stretchy fabric, and quilting. The inclusion of a Position Marker and LED Lamp, along with optional accessories like Stand, Stand Tray, Border Frame, and Cap Frame 2, caters to diverse embroidery needs.
With a maximum speed of 1,200 rpm and a weight of 95 kg, the TMEZ-SC Series is designed for efficiency and durability. The machine operates on single-phase 100–120V or 200–240V electricity, consuming 160W.
