Border Frame Specification
Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP):
The TMAR-VC series is equipped with a Digitally Controlled Presser Foot, ensuring exquisite embroidery even on thick materials. The DCP minimizes fabric fluttering during embroidery, providing exceptional results when working with various fabrics, including thick and thin materials, leather, and folds. This feature is particularly effective in scenarios such as thick leather sewing, where fabric fluttering is eliminated, leading to improved needle movement.
3D Cap Embroidery:
The TMAR-VC series includes a 3D cap feature, offering a significant boost in cap embroidery turnout. The "Cap Frame 2" design enhances embroidery stability, allowing for a maximum rotational speed of 1000 rpm (900 rpm for +4mm). The reinforced Wide Cap Frame, coupled with the "Picker Free" trimming system, not only stabilizes trimming but also enhances production efficiency. The improved system makes bobbin replacement hassle-free.
Direct Command Switch:
Efficiency is further enhanced with the Direct Command Switch, allowing manipulation of all main functions from each head. This includes Multi-color LED control, frame movement (back, forward), Auto Trim & Hold (ATH), custom switch assignments, head ON/OFF switches, and Presser Foot control. Common functions can be assigned to custom switches for streamlined operation.
12.1-inch TFT Touch Monitor:
Real-time monitoring of the embroidery process is made seamless with the 12.1-inch TFT Touch Monitor. The user-friendly operation panel facilitates intuitive embroidery finish settings, contributing to overall operational ease.
